FIELD: dough kneading. SUBSTANCE: proposed dough mixing machine has dough kneading trough with electric drive that includes vertical shaft with chuck plate and mixing lever put on vertical shaft of drive of mixing lever. Special feature of this machine lies in that drive of mixing lever has rotor manufactured in the form of cylindrical drum with vertical shaft. Cylindrical drum has profiled groove coupled to vertical shaft of mixing lever by means of roller placed on finger positioned on end of vertical shaft perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. Both drives are kinematically intercoupled with the aid of gear wheels mounted on vertical shaft of drive of trough and vertical shaft of rotor. Gear ratio is not integral number and is equal to 2.2, for example. EFFECT: improved quality of dough kneading and operational convenience. 8 dwg
