The module for creating training scenarios is configured to send the created training scenario with a request to pass it to the instructor's interface, save the parameters obtained in the process of passing the created training scenario from the instructor's interface as reference parameters, and transfer the created training scenario with reference parameters to the training scenario storage module.

EFFECT: quality of training scenarios is improved.
