FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and feed production, namely to methods for increasing the nonspecific resistance of the body of calves of the milk feeding period. The method provides for the use of a biologically active additive in the following dosages: for calves of the milk feeding period, 10 ml per 1 kg of live weight from 8 to 120 days of age. A suspension of chlorella strain Chlorella vulgaris with pectin is used as a biologically active additive (dietary supplement).
EFFECT: use of the invention will provide better assimilation of feed.
