A device for short-term boosting of the tank power plant is proposed, containing a diesel engine 1, an engine start system with compressed air, an electronic control unit 14, an electromechanical fuel injection start angle corrector 13, a push button switch 15. gas, which is supplied from a high-pressure cylinder 5 with a manual shut-off valve to the air distributor 2 through line 6, which includes a pressure sensor 7, an electrically controlled valve 8, coarse 9 and fine 11 gas filters, a reducer 10 and a check valve 12, which prevents compressed air from entering the line 6 of natural gas, while the line of the system for starting the engine with compressed air contains a check valve 16, which prevents the flow of natural gas from entering the compressed air line.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the completeness of fuel combustion, increase the power of a diesel engine, reduce the dynamic loading of the engine, the rate of corrosion of parts of the power plant and the abrasive wear of parts of the cylinder-piston group, and also exclude engine oil flooding.
