SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weighing equipment and can be used to determine the mass of a load lifted by a hoisting machine. Substance: mass of the load of the hoisting machine is determined as the product of the mass of the load securing apparatus by the ratio of difference between the acceleration imparted to the load securing apparatus at a specific angular velocity of the rotor and a specific law of the change in the amplitude and frequency of the voltage rise feeding the driven electric engine, and the acceleration imparted to the load securing apparatus with the load secured rigidly thereon at a specific angular velocity of the rotor and at the same specific law of the change in the amplitude and frequency of the voltage rise feeding the driven electric engine, and the sum of the acceleration imparted to the load securing apparatus with the load secured rigidly thereon at a specific angular velocity of the rotor and at the same specific law of the change in the amplitude and frequency of the voltage rise feeding the driven electric engine, and the gravitational acceleration.
EFFECT: possibility of monitoring the mass of the load of the hoisting apparatus by measuring the vertical acceleration of the apparatus for securing a load of a known mass and measuring the vertical acceleration of the apparatus for securing a load of a known mass with a load of an unknown mass secured therein while hoisting in identical conditions.
