FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: capacity of energy losses in a rolling bearing is determined as a product of a sum of inertia moments of a system of rotating masses "rotor of a driven engine, a connection coupling, moving elements of a rolling bearing" and a sum of "angular speed and half of increment of the angular speed for the period, within which angular acceleration is determined for a system of rotating masses "rotor of a driven engine, a connecting coupling, moving elements of a rolling bearing" with account of the given moment of inertia of resistance to rolling by difference of the angular acceleration of the system of rotary masses "rotor of a driven engine, a connecting coupling" and angular acceleration of a system of rotating masses "rotor of a driven engine, a connecting coupling, moving elements of a rolling bearing" determined with account of the given moment of inertia of resistance to rolling.
EFFECT: possibility to measure capacity of energy losses in a separate rolling bearing with high frequency.
