FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is a mixer for pretreatment prior to producing a gypsum suspension, containing a cylindrical body with an upper plate, a lower plate, and side plates between the upper plate and the lower plate, and with a mixing and stirring area wherein hemihydrate gypsum is mixed with additives and stirred in the inner part thereof surrounded by the upper plate, the lower plate, and the side plates. A disk-shaped rotating plate is located inside the body; a drive shaft passes through the upper plate and the lower plate of the body and is connected with the rotating plate. A hole for the supply of hemihydrate gypsum to the mixing and stirring area is provided in the upper plate. A hole for the supply of an additive to the mixing and stirring area is provided on one or both from the upper plate and the side plates. Proposed are an apparatus and a method for producing gypsum suspension, as well as an apparatus and a method for manufacturing building boards using a mixer for pretreatment.

EFFECT: ensured production of a gypsum suspension.
