FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, mainly to designing mixers for gypsum slurry mixing, mixing methods and gypsum board production methods. The mixer contains round enclosure with circular wall being stretched along the periphery, rotating disc, slurry discharge outlet port for blended gypsum slurry discharging from the enclosure, hollow open-ended connecting section linked with outlet. The other open end of connecting section is connected to the vertical and cylindrical channel for slurry delivery. There is a hole in the mixer to load foam into gypsum slurry. It is located in the above-mentioned circular wall in front of the outlet port inlet in the direction of rotation so that foam could be loaded into gypsum slurry immediately before the gypsum slurry is supplied into the slurry outlet port. The hole may be located on the hollow connecting section for foam loading into the gypsum slurry flowing in the said section. The channel for slurry delivery is provided with inner cavity of round cross section. The hollow connecting section is connected to the slurry delivery channel misaligned regarding central channel axis for slurry delivery.
EFFECT: even distribution of foam, stable supply of slurry at high flow rate and foaming agent consumption.
