SUBSTANCE: invention relates to resource saving technologies and glass-ceramic material based on thermal power plant slag wastes. The glass-ceramic material based on thermal power plant slag wastes has the following chemical composition, wt %: SiO2 - 53.0-55.0; Al2O3 - 11.0-13.0; Fe2O3 - 6.5-8.0; CaO - 9.0-11.0; MgO - 1.0-2.5; TiO2 - 4.5-6.0; S- - 0.05-0.15; Na2O - 4.0-5.5; K2O - 3.0-5,0; P205 - 0.1-0.15; MnO - 0.05-0.15.
EFFECT: high hardness and chemical resistance of nontoxic glass-ceramic material with a low chilling point.
