FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns field of magnetic clearing of technological fluid (TF), cutting compounds (CC), washing solutions and can be used on metal cutting manufactures at processing of metals by pressure, cutting and cogging. The method of extraction of magnetic particles from liquid medium includes delivery of the separated liquid medium on one or several magnetic cores executed from magnetic and antimagnetic rings, having an effect on liquid medium from a magnetisation radiant, sedimentation of magnetic particles on surfaces of the magnetic cores, and then their removal from the magnetic cores surface. The separated liquid medium washes magnetic cores perpendicularly to their axis in a mode of laminar motion, and removal of magnetic particles from the magnetic cores surface is carried out by a stream cleaning fluid medium in the turbulent mode, guided along an axis of magnetic cores from top to down. The device for expedient realisation includes the vertical case with electrical distributors of a stream and with the magnetic cores executed in the form of alternating magnetic and antimagnetic rings and located in chessboard order parallelly to an axis of the case. The device case is executed in the form of parallelepiped and in addition equipped by a cover and the underpan, and two opposite each other lateral walls are separated from magnetic cores by electrical distributors of a stream with the area of the holes providing a laminar mode of passage of the separated fluid at the given productivity. The cover and the underpan of the vertical case are separated from magnetic cores by electrical distributors of a stream with the area of the holes providing a turbulent mode of passage of wash fluid at the given productivity. The magnetic cores have the upper and inferior fastenings, and are fixed among themselves by crosspieces on height. The device contains the system of reclaiming washout equipped with the upper branch pipe of delivery and the lower branch pipe of cleaning fluid removal.
EFFECT: increase of the device clearing productivity, simplification of construction of the clearing device and decrease in its cost, increase of washing efficiency.
