FIELD: communication technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology; it can be used in wireless communication systems. A transmitter forms OFDM signal related to the first interval of the first numerology subcarriers with an average frequency of subcarriers of a set of used resource blocks (RB) of the first numerology, displaced relatively to a carrying frequency for a value of the first displacement having a value in subcarrier units, wherein the value of the first displacement is determined by a certain formula. The transmitter transmits OFDM signal corresponding to the first interval of subcarriers and the first displacement.

EFFECT: reduction in overhead costs for communication, consisting in extended bandwidth of a system and/or reduced consumption of power supply from a battery in UE.
