FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed stick for caramel is made in the form of a hollow tube made of a polypropylene material and is provided with a cutout in the upper part. A solid-cast removable element made of polypropylene with a cylindrical base (1) with a thin-walled hollow spherical protrusion (2) on one side and a collar (3) along the edge of the cylindrical base on the other side is set herein on the polypropylene tube. A central hole is made with a diameter such as to allow the solid-cast removable polypropylene element to be set on the polypropylene tube with tension, preventing spontaneous movement of the solid-cast removable polypropylene element along the polypropylene tube.

EFFECT: possibility of preventing hands and clothes from being fouled with caramel, using the stick as a stand for caramel and as a tube for blowing soap bubbles after the caramel is eaten.
