SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery, urology and physiotherapy, and can be used to heal complicated purulent wounds in diabetic patients after open urological operations. The wound and surrounding tissues are exposed to UV radiation at a distance of 75 cm from the irradiator every other day with a course of 7 procedures. After exposure to UV radiation, transcutaneous laser irradiation of blood is performed on the area of the left cubital vein with a course of 10 procedures. After the procedures performed, a daily session of hyperbaric oxygenation is performed in the lying position, in a single chamber, in an atmosphere of 100% oxygen, the first session is under pressure from 1.2 to 1.6 ata, lasting from 40 to 60 minutes with a course of 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment with early rehabilitation of patients with DM after open operations complicated by suppuration of a postoperative wound due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
