Irradiation of the wound and surrounding tissues is carried out in a perimeter of 5-6 cm from the edges of the wound at a distance of 75 cm from the irradiator. The first procedure is carried out in an erythemal dose in the amount of 2 bio-doses. The second procedure is carried out in an erythemal dose in the amount of 2.25 bio-doses. The third procedure is carried out in an erythemal dose in the amount of 2.5 bio-doses. The fourth procedure is carried out in an erythemal dose in the amount of 2 bio-doses. The fifth procedure is carried out in a suberythemal dose in the amount of 1.75 bio-doses. The sixth procedure is carried out in a suberythemal dose in the amount of 1.5 bio-doses. The seventh procedure is carried out in a suberythemal dose in the amount of 1.25 bio-doses. Immediately after exposure to UV radiation, transcutaneous laser irradiation of blood is carried out on the area of the left cubital vein. Laser irradiation is carried out in a pulsed exposure mode, with an exposure frequency of 80 Hz, an exposure time of 10 minutes. The course of treatment is 7 procedures every other day.

EFFECT: method provides acceleration of surgical treatment in early rehabilitation of patients with diabetes mellitus after open operations complicated by suppuration of a postoperative wound, to improves the quality of life of patients.
