FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns dust removal from air. Aggregate includes two parallel vortex inertial dust collectors, each consisting of case, top and bottom inlet pipes of dusty air feed, axial outlet pipe for cleaned air, common dust collector with floodgate, hose filter and fan. Common dust tank features local air suction connected to throttle valve with electric drive. Air pressure sensor is mounted inside common dust tank, and dust level sensors are mounted at equal distance from each other along the tank height, with their outputs connected to control unit input. Axial outlet pipes of dust collectors and local suction of common dust tank are connected to hose filter inlet, outlet of which is connected to fan intake pipe. Fan has rotation frequency controls, dust collection tanks of hose filter and dust collectors are connected over floodgates to the common dust tank, so that control unit outputs are connected to electric drive of throttle valve and fan rotation frequency controls.
EFFECT: reduced cost of aspiration system operation due to control of air flow sucked from dust collection tank.
