FIELD: dust emissions cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning dust emissions from the operation of process equipment and earth-moving machines, namely, dust-collecting installations for cleaning dust emissions generated during the technological operation of unloading and pouring soil with an excavator, transportation of bulk materials in the construction, chemical, flour-grinding and other industries. Aspiration dust collecting plant contains a local suction of dust from process equipment, connected by a flexible corrugated air duct to a vortex inertial dust collector located in a body mounted on a trolley with wheels, on counter swirling flows, made of a cylindrical working and conical parts, which is connected through a sluice gate to a dust storage bin and is equipped with exhaust fan, power supply and air duct system with dust air flow regulators. A vibrator is additionally installed on the outer surface of the conical part of the vortex inertial dust collector. A flexible elastic pipeline is installed between the sluice gate and the dust-accumulating bin, and an elastic gasket is installed between the conical and cylindrical parts of the vortex inertial dust collector.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity and operational reliability of the aspiration dust collection plant.
