FIELD: air cleaning technologies.

SUBSTANCE: aspiration dust collecting plant contains local suction of dust from technological equipment, connected by a flexible corrugated air duct to a vortex inertial dust collector located in a trolley with wheels on counter swirling flows, which is connected through a sluice gate to a dust storage hopper and is equipped with a power source, an air duct system with dust air flow rate controllers and an exhaust fan, the output of which is connected to the atmosphere through the outlet duct. The air duct system is additionally equipped with dust-air flow rate sensors, while flow regulators and dust-air flow rate sensors are installed on the outlet air duct and on the air ducts connected to the lower and upper inlets of the vortex inertial dust collector. Dust-air flow rate regulators are equipped with solenoids. The unit is equipped with light and sound alarms to notify of the optimal setting of the dust air flow rate regulators and of deviations from the optimal setting of the dust air flow rate, and a controller equipped with a pulse converter of the dust air flow rate sensors, a pulse analyser, an operation threshold setting unit, a unit for comparing the value of pulses and the operation threshold, united in an electric circuit for controlling the actuator for setting the ratio of the flow rates of dust air flows of air ducts.

EFFECT: improving the quality of cleaning the dust-air flow and the operational reliability of the dust-collecting installation, reducing the labour intensity of maintenance and operating costs.
