FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and information processing systems and can be used to measure the relative values of the amplitude-frequency response of a signal receiver. A method is proposed for measuring the relative value of the amplitude-frequency response of a signal receiver: a seismic receiver at a given frequency, defined as the product of the ratio of the specified and reference frequencies and the ratio of the average values of the ratio of the amplitudes of the output and input signals at a given and reference frequencies, thereby eliminating the influence on the accuracy of measurements of the instrument error in setting the amplitude and frequency of the sinusoidal signal, and also, the influence of the error in determining the characteristics of the conversion of the recording channels and the parameters of the calibration path of the seismic receiver.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measurements of the relative values of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the seismic receiver in the task of measuring the amplitude-frequency characteristics of instruments for geophysical measurements.
