SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater shipbuilding, and in particular to rescue underwater vehicles designed to rescue the crews of emergency submarines and underwater objects. The rescue underwater vehicle contains a landing and suction chamber, a compartment for the rescued, a control compartment and a power plant. The vertical cylinder fixed to the body of the apparatus is open at the top and bottom, into which the compartment for the rescued is inserted and secured with quick-release connections. Compartment for survivors is made in the form of a vertical cylinder and is divided by a horizontal bulkhead into an upper part for accommodation of rescued and decompression and a lower part, open from below, which is a landing and suction chamber.

EFFECT: speeding up the time of the rescue operation and eliminating the need to interrupt the decompression process.
