FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, and in particular to the means of rescuing the crew of an emergency submarine lying on the ground. Maneuvering rescue bell includes a casing open from below with a suction chamber, a ballast tank, a crew room and submersible electric motors with screws installed outside the casing, as well as a cross-shaped frame, which is rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the rescue bell casing. The propeller rotation plane is parallel to the main plane of the rescue bell, and the ballast tank is divided by a vertical bulkhead into two parts, each of which is equipped with a filling-drainage system.
EFFECT: improved maneuverability of the maneuvering rescue bell is achieved, which increases the efficiency of the rescue operation, including when the emergency object lying on the ground is heeling or trimming.
