FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and concerns the creation of a means capable of assisting personnel of an emergency submarine (ES) lying on the ground, including under the ice. Self-propelled remote-controlled rescue bell (SRRB) has a rescue compartment for accommodating two operators and rescuers, a suction chamber with a docking flange for the implementation of the suction, a replacement tank for replacing the weight of the saved, a buoyancy tank and a station for underwater communication. SRRB housing is made of a titanium alloy in the shape of a ball, in which the course indicator, television equipment, and sonar are located, thrusters in the form of submersible rotary electric motors, a load-carrying electrical cable, underwater lights and a manipulator pull-up device for pulling into an emergency submarine and securing anchoring on the coaming platform are installed outside.
EFFECT: effectiveness of the implementation of SRRB rescue actions to assist personnel of the emergency submarine.
