FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of civil, industrial and military construction and is used for installation in a freshly drilled well for the foundations of outdoor lighting supports, noise shields, road signs, ATCS, etc., and relates, in particular, to geotextile formwork. Geotextile formwork consists of a geotextile material and a frame connected to each other. It is an open-type spatial structure made with the possibility of filling it with concrete. Geotextile material, which is sewn using industrial sewing equipment, consists of at least two layers formed by interweaving longitudinally oriented and transversely oriented thread layers, while one of the thread layers is made of polypropylene fiber, the other thread layer is made of polyamide fiber, while the material contains an additional thread layer of polyethylene fibers intertwined with thread layers of polyester polypropylene and polyamide fibers and made with PVC coating, at the same time, additional thread layers are made: polypropylene or polyvinyl alcohol with a tensile strength from 100 kN/m to 600 kN/m. The frame is a cylinder in the form of a reinforcing metal mesh made by welding and crimping brackets or from reinforced rolled products, while the connection of the geotextile material and the frame is achieved by means of a hose tie.
EFFECT: providing high strengthening properties, preventing the falling of terrain, sliding of the soil and subsequently in high protection of concrete from groundwater, and protection of the upper layer of fertile soil from the effects of cement, as well as other harmful factors affecting the destruction of concrete.
