FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for construction of buildings and structures in areas with complex engineering and geocryological conditions, namely – a method for installing bored piles in permafrost soils. A method for constructing a bored pile in permafrost soil includes drilling a well with rock-cutting tools, excavating the soil without flushing, cleaning the bottom of the well, filling the bottom of the well with a layer of crushed stone and compacting it, if necessary, reducing the thermal effect of concrete on the frozen base, installing a reinforcement cage, filling the well with concrete, sealed with the use of chemical additives based on salts to ensure its hardening in conditions of negative temperatures of permafrost soils. In order to prevent migration of additive salts into the surrounding soil, before filling the well with concrete, its side surface and bottom are covered with a layer of protective waterproofing material that closes the pores of the soil. Then, sufficiency of film thickness is monitored to block the pores with a waterproofing material by injecting air into the well with excess pressure and a temperature equal to the initial temperature in the well, and then monitoring the absence of a drop in the control pressure.
EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity of bored piles in permafrost soils constructed using chemical additives to ensure the strength of concrete by eliminating migration of salts due to clogging the walls and bottom of the well with protective waterproofing material, increasing reliability and durability of pile structures by reducing the aggressive impact soil on concrete piles.
