FIELD: vibration isolators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration isolators. A magnetorheological vibration isolator controlled by means of an ultrasonic motor comprises a base (1), a magnetorheological damper (2) and an adapter plate (3). The magnetorheological damper includes an upper cavity (9), a lower cavity (5), a connecting ring (6), a permanent magnet (7), holes (8), a magnetically permeable ring (15), an ultrasonic motor (18). The magnetorheological fluid is held in the upper and lower cavities formed by the bellows, and the middle part and both ends of the cavity are used as inlet and outlet ends for vibration isolation to provide simulation of piston movement in the damper without dynamic and static gaps to allow the fluid to pass and provide liquid damping, and the vibration isolator has no leakage when operating in orbit for a long time. The magnetorheological damper uses an ultrasonic motor (18) to rotate the permanent magnet (7) to control the degree of overlap between the permanent magnet (7) and holes (8), i.e. to control the number of holes (8) entering the magnetic field of the permanent magnet, to change the intensity of the damping provided by the damper.
EFFECT: invention provides improved performance.
