SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular to means of simulating radio emission sources, and can be used in assessing the quality indicators of radio direction finding and positioning systems, as well as for training maintenance personnel of these means. In the claimed simulator of space diversity RES, an arbitrary signal is additionally received and used as a modulating voltage for two groups of simultaneously formed (1…J) and (J+1…N) signals with different phase shifts in each group relative to the signal phase in one reference first channel according to two set bearing values for the required coordinates of the RES.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality of simulating space diversity radio emission sources (RES) by generating signals of various types with specified phase shifts in each group relative to the signal phase in one reference first channel according to two specified bearing values for the required RES coordinates based on carrier modulation by a low-frequency signal received from the ether.
