SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to increase the activity of the autophagy process in humans. On the first day, patients with excess weight take a laxative, Glauber's salt 35 to 40 g. A diet of 800 to 1,200 kcal/day is then maintained for 12 days, water is consumed in the amount of 1.5 to 2.0 litres/day. A sleep and rest regime is herein observed, cleansing enemas are provided daily or hydrocolonotherapy 2–3 times a week. Walks are taken at a regular speed with a constant increase in distance from 3 to 6 km per day. 10 laser therapy procedures are applied with the Milta apparatus on the projection of the spleen with an area of 4.2 cm2 with an infrared laser with a 0.85–0.89 mcm wavelength by a contact method with a beam with a power 100 MW on an LED, an emission power of the main terminal of the laser source 21 W, a pulse repetition rate 600 Hz, for 4 minutes. A course consisting of 6 to 8 procedures of bioresonance therapy is taken in the mode set using an interstitial scanner EIS CE 0535 of the system ESTECK System Complex, USA. Body massage is performed every other day. A warm shower is taken 2 to 3 times a day. One visit to the infrared sauna is taken per week. The duration of stay in the fresh air herein is 2.0 to 2.5 hours every day. The above procedures are performed with an accompaniment of quiet melodic classical music.
