FIELD: protective coatings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining rigid products for modular projectiles, namely, to obtaining rigid burning cartridges. When applying a protective coating to the burning material of a rigid burning cartridge, a substrate layer is created on the material by processing with acetone. The main protective coating is applied by pulverization for 8-12 seconds, followed by drying for 1.5-2.5 hours. The treatment is carried out only from the outer surface of the burning material of a rigid burning cartridge by wiping with a cotton wad soaked in acetone. White epoxy primer-enamel EP-150 is used as the main single-layer protective coating.

EFFECT: implementation of the product destination is provided.
