SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a cartridge for an electronic cigarette, an electronic cigarette, and a method for provision of nicotine to a user. The cartridge for the electronic cigarette contains a liquid nicotine composition, wherein the liquid nicotine composition contains nicotine and lactic acid in a liquid carrier, while nicotine concentration in the liquid nicotine composition is from 0.5 to 20 wt.%, the liquid carrier contains glycerin and propylene glycol, and the molar ratio of lactic acid to nicotine in the liquid nicotine composition is 1:1.
EFFECT: peak increase in a frequency of heart rate, and increase in satisfaction from an electronic cigarette, compared to a traditional cigarette.
