SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a foundation for a wind power plant, as well as to a wind power plant with a tower. The foundation for the wind power plant contains an annular basement, which is separated into several parts of the ring and consists of premanufactured concrete elements, wherein the specified basement contains a support surface for the tower of the wind power plant and several support elements extending radially outward from the basement, wherein the basement rests on support elements due to stiffness ribs. At its end forming a support surface, the basement contains a circumferential protrusion extending radially outward from the basement and containing at least one channel for reception of a tension cable, while the specified channel is located in the protrusion and passes in a circumferential direction.
EFFECT: increase in the strength of a foundation, provision of improvement of the foundation, at which assembly of parts of a ring for the formation of the final foundation can be carried out at lower time costs.
