FIELD: voltage spectrum analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the analysis of the voltage spectrum to identify the source of higher voltages. The method for identifying the source of higher harmonics consists in connecting a harmonic voltage measurement unit to the filter connected at the network control point in parallel with the load and tuned to series resonance at the frequency of the harmonic under study, and connecting the second filter to the secondary winding of the current transformer that controls the network current. tuned to the frequency of the harmonic under study, a unit for measuring the harmonic current is connected in series with the second filter. Then, based on the measured values of the current and voltage of the controlled harmonic, the impedance values of the circuit section between the point of measurements and the point of switching on the distorting load are determined, and based on the results of the impedance, the distance between the point of measurements and the point of switching on the distorting load is calculated.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the method for identifying the source of higher harmonics.
