FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of aminosilyl monomers in the production of elastomeric polymers. A method for the production of elastomeric polymer is proposed, including polymerization of one or more conjugated diene monomers, one or more aminosilyl monomers of the following Formula 1, where x and y are integers, and x+y=3, wherein y ≥ 1; each R is independently selected from C1-C30 hydrocarbon group; and each A is independently an amino group selected from Formulas 5, 6, and 7, where each R3 is independently selected from allyl, cyclohexyl, C8-C20 alkyl, and (CH2)2-Ym-CH3, where Y is independently selected from -CH2-, -O-, and -S-, m is an integer selected from 5-17, and at least one Y is selected from -O- and -S-, provided that any group -O- and -S- is bound only to -CH2- or -CH3-; where each R4 is independently selected from H and C1-C8 alkyl; where R' is selected from methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, pentyl, hexyl, and benzyl; and each R5 is independently selected from H, methyl, ethyl, and propyl; and optionally one or more aromatic monovinyl monomers in the presence of one or more initiator compounds. Elastomeric polymer obtained by the proposed method, non-vulcanized and vulcanized polymer compositions containing the specified elastomeric polymer, and products containing one or more components obtained from the vulcanized polymer composition are also proposed.
EFFECT: proposed method allows for obtaining elastomeric polymers with a good balance of recycling and rolling resistance characteristics, which at the same time practically do not emit cancerogenic nitrosamines during production and recycling.
