MULTIVINYLAMINOSILANES AS BRANCHING AGENTS FOR FUNCTIONALISED ELASTOMERIC POLYMERS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C07F7/10 C08F36/06 C08F36/08 C08L21/00 C07F7/21 C08F4/46

Abstract RU 2705401 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel polymerizable polyvinylaminosilanes which can be used as branching agents for synthetic and natural rubber. Disclosed are novel multivinylaminosilanes, in which at least two nitrogen atoms are substituted with a -Si(R1)(R2)(R3), where each of R1, R2 and R3 is independently selected from vinyl, methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, hexyl and octyl, provided that at least one of R1, R2 and R3 is vinyl, wherein said multivinylaminosilane is not N,N'-bis(ethenyldimethylsilyl)-N, N'-dimethyl-1,2-ethanediamine. Disclosed also is a method of producing the disclosed polyvinylaminosilane, an initiating compound for producing a branched elastomeric polymer based thereon, use of polyvinylaminosilane as a branching agent, a method for producing a branched elastomeric polymer with its participation and a corresponding branched elastomeric polymer, unvulcanised polymer composition for use in making rubber articles, comprising a branched elastomeric polymer, a method of producing a vulcanised polymer composition and a corresponding composition, as well as an article therefrom.

EFFECT: technical result is use of disclosed multivinylaminosilane in producing branched elastomeric polymer enables to obtain hardened elastomeric rubber compositions with improved technical characteristics, suitable for obtaining articles having excellent ratio of fuel saving and process characteristics.
