SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion vehicles, including robotic ones, made in a single unit with a drive to form a motor-wheel and mainly intended for movement in difficult conditions, including conditions of extreme changes in ambient temperature and on loosely bound loose soils (sand, snow, etc.). The wheel contains an elastic tire, a rim connected by spokes to the wheel hub, inside which there is a built-in wheel rotation drive. The sidewalls of the wheel rim have different inner diameters so that the cage of the wheel rim between these sidewalls has the shape of a truncated cone. The wheel additionally has its own built-in system for providing a thermal regime based on arterial heat pipes with a coolant and a radiator disk installed from the outer end of the wheel. Each of the arterial heat pipes is connected on one side with the hub, and on the other - with a disk-radiator. The coolant is selected in such a way that its freezing temperature is higher than the lowest allowable temperature of the wheel rotation drive. An additional compact low-power heating element is installed on the output part of the wheel rotation drive, and a heat shield with low emissivity is installed on the side of the inner end of the wheel.
