FIELD: space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and is intended to increase the mobility of research rovers. The planet rover is mounted on a statically balanced two-track two-wheeled chassis with dynamic stability control. The wheels of a uniaxial planetary rover are mounted on the chassis frame on a spring-loaded suspension in the form of carriages suspended on springs on vertical racks of the frame. The rover is equipped with large-area folding disk-shaped solar panels. A wind power plant in the form of a flat rotor with a vertical axis is installed on the body. The wheel rims are equipped with arcuate dampers-grousers made of alloy steel.
EFFECT: increase in the mobility and efficiency of space expeditions to planets with a solid surface is achieved.
