FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to means for processing photoplethysmographic signals. Method contains stages, at which two photoplethysmographic signals are obtained during different periods of time, derivative is calculated by time of obtained photoplethysmographic signals, derivative of obtained photoplethysmographic signals is analysed as function of obtained photoplethysmographic signals or vice versa. Method also contains stages, at which monitoring of object's pose is realised, obtained photoplethysmographic signals are presented on x-y diagram, with first axis of x-y diagram representing derivative of obtained photoplethysmographic signal and second axis representing obtained photoplethysmographic signal. Device contains sensor for obtaining photoplethysmographic signals, connected with it processor, unit of x-y diagram representation, pose sensor, monitored by photoplethysmographic measuring device, with processor being made for reception and processing of signals from pose sensor. System of monitoring contains device and computer-readable carrier.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to facilitate interpretation of forms of pulse PPG signals.
