METHODS FOR PREDICTION OF APPLICABILITY OF PROTEINS OR PROTEIN FRAGMENTS FOR IMMUNOTHERAPY Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G01N33/50 G01N33/68

Abstract RU 2782336 C2

FIELD: pharmaceutics; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmaceutics and medicine, namely to a method for prediction of applicability of tumor-associated neoantigens or neoepitopes containing one or several cancer-specific amino acid modifications in anticancer immunotherapy. According to this method, 1) tumor-associated neoantigens or neoepitopes are indicated, containing one or several cancer-specific amino acid modifications; 2) among indicated neoantigens or neoepitopes, those are identified, for which processing and presentation of neoantigen along MHC I track lead to the recognition of complexes formed by MHC I and neoantigen neoepitope, using CD8+ T-cells; 3) distribution or localization of indicated neoantigens or neoepitopes is established, and a computing data base is used for determination of those, which are localized or distributed in cytosol and/or exosomes in vivo; 4) it is predicted that indicated neoantigens or neoepitopes are applicable for anticancer immunotherapy.

EFFECT: applicability of neoantigens and neoepitopes for anticancer immunotherapy, if their localization or distribution in cytosol and/or exosomes in vivo is established.
