FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optoelectronics and can be used in metrology, measuring equipment, instrumentation, and other fields of science and industry for angular measurements when creating high-precision angle measuring instruments and resolver-to-digital converters, including creation of a primary Russian standard for a new-generation plane angle unit, and improvement of the technical characteristics of synthesised diffractive optical elements (DOE) or high-precision angle-measuring structures (AMS). The method is implemented through the application of two types of mutually complementary comb filters (of the transmission and suppression (band-rejection) types), the parameters whereof are precisely matched with each other and with the measuring raster used. For this purpose, a complete set of prime divisors of the number N is determined, wherein N is the number of lines in the measuring raster used. The optimal number of reading heads forming an ensemble of reading heads and the number of lines in the indicator rasters of each reading head are determined from the elements of the resulting independent set of reading heads.
EFFECT: increase in the precision of measurements above the ±0.001′′ level, total suppression of the distorting effect of the systematic component of the instrumental error of the measuring raster of the resolver-to-digital converter.
