FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed standard of unit of the straight angle contains a transparent quartz carrier on which the 'start/end of rotation' label, the first screen (synchronizing) and the second screen (interpolating) are marked sequentially in the direction from the center of the disk to the periphery. In addition the standard includes the illuminator the 'start/end of rotation' label, a ring illuminator of the first screen (synchronizing) and the illuminator of the second screen (interpolating), an indicator disk, a photoelectric detector of the 'start/end of rotation' label, two photoelectric detectors of the first screen (synchronizing) and a data readout system of the second screen (interpolating), while on the working surface of the indicator disk there are as follows: a structure that is interfaced with the structure of the 'start/end of rotation' label and two ring structures that form with the first screen (synchronizing) two raster conjugation of obturation type, shifted in phase relative to each other by 180°, where segments of off-axis Fresnel lenses are in the windows of the ring structures of the indicator disk. The lenses focus the radiation passing through these windows onto the corresponding photoelectric detectors of the first screen (synchronizing); the second screen (interpolating) is made in the form of a diffraction grating with a radial orientation of the fingers. The data readout system of the second screen (interpolating) is made, respectively, in the form of a diffraction interferometer that emits the first diffraction orders of radiation. The main output of the standard of unit of the straight angle is the output of a shaper, the inputs of which are connected to the output of the photoelectric detector of the 'start/end of rotation' label and the outputs of the photoelectric detectors of the screen (synchronizing). In the composition of the standard a comparison system of undefined angles in static mode of the standard of unit of the straight angle is provided. It consists of the first digital comparator, a finger counter of the second screen (interpolating) and a unit of interstroke interpolation. In addition, the standard of unit of the straight angle has a self-calibration system of the second screen (interpolating) and a comparison system of undefined angles in dynamic mode of the standard of unit of the straight angle, containing the second digital comparator.

EFFECT: increase of the metrological quality of the standard of unit of the straight angle.
