FIELD: foodstuffs.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of raw materials; in particular, to methods for producing a substitute for whole milk and compound feed. Proposed is a method for producing a granulated soy-based product, wherein a two-component composition is made from dry soybean seeds and eggshells, with a dry soybean seeds:eggshells weight ratio of 1:0.02, said composition is then placed in an aqueous medium with a water duty of 1:8 until full saturation with water, followed by supplying the resulting mass of water and raw materials for crushing, implemented in an aqueous medium until a fineness modulus of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, followed by separating the insoluble residue, granulating and drying until a dry matter content of 90 to 92%.
EFFECT: increase in the nutritional value of substitute products for whole milk and compound feed and the content of calcium therein.
