FIELD: food industry; agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for recycling of soy seeds to obtain a protein-calcium base and an insoluble residue in the form of granules is proposed, according to which soy seeds and chalk groats, at the ratio of 1:0.01, together with water, with a hydraulic module of 1:8, are supplied to a grinder-extractor-separator, where the mixture is first ground in an aqueous medium to a particle size with a grinding module M=0.5-0.6 mm, and then, are directed for obtainment of the protein-calcium base in the form of a suspension with a calcium content of 9.0 mg/100 g. The insoluble residue is separated from the resulting suspension, which is subjected to granulation and drying in an active agent flow to obtain granules with a dry matter content of 88-90% and a calcium content of 1200 mg/100 g.

EFFECT: invention provides for an increase in a nutritional value of final products.
