SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for obtaining a substitute for whole milk and animal feed. The method for preparing a granular product using soybean grain provides for the preparation of a soybean-laminaria composition at a weight ratio of dry soybean grain: kelp = 1.0:2.0, followed by placement of the resulting composition in an aqueous medium with a hydromodulus of 1:8 and saturation with water. After that, the resulting water-raw material mass is fed into the grinder-extractor-separator, the insoluble residue is separated from the liquid protein base, the resulting insoluble residue is squeezed out, molded into granules and dried in the active air agent flow. Moreover, the grinding of the components in the composition is carried out up to a grinding module of 1-2 mm. The separated insoluble residue is granulated to granules with a diameter of 2-3 mm, followed by drying to a solids content in the granules of 90%.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the nutritional value of finished products in terms of iodine content.
