FIELD: mobile communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mobile communication technologies and, in particular, to a method for determination of uplink control information, and a communication device. The method for determination of uplink control information includes reception by the communication device of a target set of parameters, while the target set of parameters includes at least one first parameter value and at least one second parameter value. The first parameter value is used for transmission of the first type of data, the second parameter value is not used for transmission of the first type of data. According to at least one first parameter value, the communication device determines a number of bits for transmission of feedback information related to the first type of data.
EFFECT: elimination of excessive information in feedback information.
