FIELD: communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication, particularly to means for punctured uplink transmission. In exemplary embodiments, the terminal receives a first signal to be transmitted for a first service requiring a first delay. Terminal then determines whether the resource block was shared for the first service requiring a first delay or was allocated by the network device for a second service requiring a second delay greater than the first delay. If it is determined that resource block was allocated for second service, terminal device selects first set of resource elements based on preset model of resource elements. First set of resource elements is distributed with interruptions in the allocated resource block. Terminal device transmits to the network device the first signal for the first service in the first set of resource elements. Therefore, the requirement of low latency of the first service can be satisfied, while the damage for the second service due to the absence of resource elements, to which the first service has been given a priority right, can be reduced.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of relatively high quality of service in terms of reliability and delay.
