SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery. Transanal access from the fistulous opening in the rectum in the lateral direction is used to mobilize the internal hemorrhoidal node closest to the operation area, forming a muco-submucosal flap on the vascular pedicle. Next, the formed flap is displaced towards the fistulous opening, closing it. The wound is sutured edge-to-edge with separate sutures with fixation of the displaced flap to the wall of the rectum without tension.

EFFECT: method allows to adequately eliminate the internal fistulous opening in the rectum, using only the internal hemorrhoid, reduces the risk of recurrence of the disease, reduces the number of postoperative complications, reduces surgical trauma, leaving intact the intestinal wall of the proximal rectum, anoderm of the anal canal, anal sphincter; reduces the intensity of pain and improves the quality of life in the postoperative period.
