FIELD: space units deployment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices that ensure the deployment in space of units and units of space vehicles. The spacecraft transformable truss contains the first and second support platforms. Three drums are placed on the first support platform, forming in terms of the sides of an equilateral triangle and made with the possibility of rotation from drives that provide unwinding of the sleeves wound on them, made in the form of pairs of tapes glued along the edges, and fixing their initial sections on the second support platform, as well as pairs of rollers placed in the corners of an equilateral triangle formed by the drums, wound on drums adjacent to the corresponding pair of rollers, as well as fastening the edges of the sleeves with an overlap. The pair of tapes is made of carbon fibers using a thermoplastic polyester binder. A pair of rollers is made with the possibility of their rotation from the drives and placement between the rollers of each pair of rollers overlapping the edges of the sleeves.
EFFECT: reducing the weight and size characteristics of a transformable farm in a non-deployed and deployed state.
