SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and concerns a new strain for obtaining exopolysaccharides by biosynthesis. The strain Paenibacillus polymyxa ESSUTM -2 used as a producer of exopolysaccharides was deposited under the registration number RNCIM B-14268.
EFFECT: invention allows expanding the arsenal of technical means for obtaining exopolysaccharides by bacterial synthesis.
