FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a strain of bacteria Paenibacillus polymyxa, having the ability to stimulate the growth of seeds of grain plants, resistant to the action of the disinfectants, is deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms under registration number B-14461. Paenibacillus polymyxa ET3 strain due to its ability to nitrogen fixation and formation of auxins can be used as bacterial preparation and phytostimulant. Method for its use involves growing in a medium with addition of L-tryptophan, as well as subsequent drying using inorganic sorbents (carrier) based on amorphous silicon dioxide.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve plant growth and increase plant weight gain.
