Alluvial waste 4 in each subsequent tier is carried out after the construction of the corresponding secondary dam build-up 6 from encapsulated oil sludge.

EFFECT: creation of a unified spatial system for storing and erecting tiers of building up secondary oil sludge storage dams, which will increase the volume of storage in the bowl by reducing the content of oil sludge in the oil sludge storage during the production of encapsulated oil sludge required for the construction of secondary dams, and increase conservation of natural resources by reducing the use of subsoil.
