FIELD: packaging.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-soluble film for the manufacture of packages. Film contains: a plasticizer and a mixture of resins of polyvinyl alcohol (hereinafter – PVA). The mixture of PVA resins contains: the first PVA copolymer containing the first anionic monomeric link selected from a group including alkylacrylates, alkylalkacrylates, hydrolyzed salts of alkaline metals of the above-mentioned, and combinations of the above-mentioned; and the second PVA copolymer containing the second anionic monomeric link selected from one or more of maleic anhydride and salt of alkaline metal of maleic anhydride. In this case, the first PVA copolymer is contained in amount in the range from about 10 wt. % to about 40 wt. % per the total weight of the mixture of PVA resins, and the first anionic monomeric link differs from the second anionic monomeric link, where the plasticizer is present in amount from about 5 wt.pts. to less than 30 wt.pts. per 100 wt.pts. of PVA (phr), and it includes glycerin and sorbitol. Water-soluble film has a residue value of about 35 wt. % or less according to data on measurement in testing a dissolution chamber and crystallinity of at least 15%. The invention also relates to a product.

EFFECT: proposed film can be formed into packages, which save film rigidity and remain elastic, saving transparency without deterioration of final solubility of water-soluble film.
