SUBSTANCE: water-soluble film contains: a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) resin including a PVA copolymer containing a first anionic monomer unit comprising an alkyl acrylate, where said PVA copolymer has a degree of crystallinity of at least 1% based on the total weight of said copolymer, and a second PVA copolymer containing a second anionic monomer unit including a monoalkyl maleate, as well as a first non-ionic surfactant, a second amine oxide surfactant, and a third surfactant selected from one or more of an anionic surfactant and a cationic surfactant . The product contains the specified water-soluble film in the form of a package that determines the internal volume of the package.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed group of inventions is the development of a water-soluble film that is water-soluble and can be formed into packages for storing liquid compositions that can be thermoformed or filled using a vertical shape, which retain the rigidity of the film and remain elastic, retain acceptable transparency properties and/or demonstrate acceptable separation from the tape without compromising the final solubility of the water-soluble film.
